ONLY THE COURTS CAN SAVE POLITICAL PARTIES!
MISSOURI VOTERS DELIVER PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO RID THE COUNTRY OF THE SCOURGE OF UNCONSTITUTIONAL “PRIMARY ELECTIONS”!
Primaries now a political weapon!
Unless you live in a cave and have ZERO interest in politics, you have undoubtedly witnessed the use of “primaries” as a political weapon being used to threaten the political futures of members of the United States Senate if they fail to vote to approve Presidential cabinet appointees.
Here is a prime example from NBC:
“And Musk and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk threatened this month to support primary challengers to Sen. Mike Rounds, R-S.D., who questioned Trump's nomination of Kash Patel to lead the FBI.”
"Senator Rounds, you are up for reelection in 2026. If you vote against any of Trump’s nominees a primary challenge wouldn’t be hard," Kirk wrote on X.
“Musk replied, "Those who oppose reform will lose their primary/election. Period."”
“The pressure campaign and primary threats aren't the first time Tillis has faced scrutiny for deviating from Trump.”
And another from Washington Times:
Trump: Senators who oppose picks may see primary challenges
“We are prepared, along with a whole army of others, to primary these senators. This is not an empty threat,” said Charlie Kirk, whose Turning Point USA and affiliated foundation helped elect Mr. Trump.
Billionaire Elon Musk, who spent millions backing Mr. Trump’s most recent campaign for president, seemingly confirmed a report that he would fund primary challenges against Republicans who don’t fall in line with the president-elect’s agenda.
“How else? There is no other way,” he posted on X in response to a thread about the report.
Breaking news today!
Primary threats are being used to whip Republican members of the House of Representatives in line to force changes to the proposed “continuing resolution” to fund the government until March.
From The Daily Mail today:
The billionaire owner of X started his Wednesday by posting a photo of the spending bill in Congress with this question: “Ever seen a bigger piece of pork?”
By the afternoon, Trump declared his opposition. And within hours, House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., pulled the bill he had unveiled just a day earlier.
Elon just became the most powerful person in Washington, D.C., today,” social media influencer Wall Street Mav told The Daily Signal. “He proved he can flip enough votes in Congress to halt a spending bill.”
And this:
Trump told Fox News Digital that Johnson will “easily remain speaker” for the next Congress if he “acts decisively and tough” and eliminates “all of the traps being set by Democrats” in the spending package.
“Anybody that supports a bill that doesn’t take care of the Democrat quicksand known as the debt ceiling should be primaried and disposed of as quickly as possible,” the president-elect said.
SO, WHAT IS IT THAT MAKES “PRIMARIES” SUCH A POTENT WEAPON?
Here are a few facts about “primaries”. As currently widely understood and weaponized in the United States political process, “primaries” nominate candidates for public office.
Here are a few immutable facts about “primaries”:
Primary elections are NOT elections. An election is “a formal choice by vote of a person for a political office…”
“Primary Elections” today are merely nominations of candidates for a political office.
Primaries are really just publicly funded “public opinion polls”.
Primaries, the noun, were first created by the Progressive Party in 1912. From that party’s 1912 platform: “In particular, the party declares for direct primaries for the nomination of State and National officers, for nation-wide preferential primaries for the presidency…”
Primaries are not “binding” events unless modern political parties consent to them being “binding”.
Political parties are free to nominate their candidates for office, free from government interference,(primaries) if they choose to do so.
Recent events prove that, in the United States, “primaries” are a modern version of the “The Emperor’s New Clothes” showing the willingness of people to willfully disbelieve what they know to be true.
Primaries, the verb, are the political weapon that has been fashioned by a vast conspiracy of players that requires coordination by most of the co-conspirators.
Essential to the success of the conspiracy is a strong bond between the media, major political parties, political consultants, “election” lawyers, pollsters, academics and all others whose primary source of income is political activity.
Primaries are where the rich shop for politicians.
Missouri voters have gifted primary opponents with a “slam dunk” fact case to support Civil Rights litigation to undo primary nominations.
MISSOURI VOTERS ENSHRINED PRIMARIES IN THE STATE CONSTITUTION
It is highly unlikely that readers of this post, who are not part of the primary conspiracy, will have heard of this Missouri initiative since those who have previously known of it are members of the primary conspiracy who have deliberately withheld publication in the dominant media.
Substack, fortunately, creates the opportunity to shine light where others prefer darkness!
The previous post on this Substack contains details about the Missouri Constitutional Amendment that voters approved by 68.4%!
PRIMARY NOMINATIONS DEPRIVE MEMBERS OF POLITICAL PARTIES OF THEIR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT OF POLITICAL ASSOCIATION
The Missouri Constitution now states: “Require the plurality winner of a political party primary to be the single candidate at a general election.”
This deprivation of a civil right, under color of law, is the result of decades of GASLIGHTING that has convinced a majority of voters in America that the right to nominate candidates for public office belongs to them (voters) in primaries, and not the members of the political party of their choice.
The Republican Organizing Committee formed earlier to study this primary issue has concluded that there are two options for resolving the obvious conflict with the First and Fourteenth Amendments.
Win control of the major political parties that could then make rules to prohibit the use of primaries to nominate candidates.
File civil rights litigation.
The political party control option is not a real option since both major parties are firmly established, by practice, in the Progressive Party model of primary nominations.
Individuals of any previous affiliation, or no affiliation, if you prefer party nominations over primaries, can join the effort begun by the Republicanorganizingcommittee.org to nullify primaries.
Individuals interested in supporting litigation financially can contribute at Republicanorganizingcommittee.org.
